The room with a sea view was amazing, when we were opening the balcony door the feeling was like your bed is right on the beach. The room was comfortable, perfect place for the couple. Location is also good with access to walking beach area, bus stop is near hotel, 10 mins walk to the city cafes and supermarket or you have 2 restaurants just near by (good option for the dinners for example). The included breakfasts were also really good, the ones we are usually expecting to have in the hotel (English breakfasts) :) but probably if you’re staying for more than 4 days you will be eating same food each morning. The water in the pool was cold (as well as in ocean), but the included warm jacuzzi completely compensated this problem!! And there is also a gym, it’s small, but also with ocean view. And we want to give special mention for the staff! They are just amazing people! Everyone was so welcoming and polite and they answered every question we’ve had! We loved this stay much, so if we will come to Terceira island again that would be definitely our choice!

The staff were exceptional, couldn't fault the receptionists, the cleaning and room service staff and the kitchen staff and waitresses! The room was bigger than I had expected, bed was huge and super comfortable! I used the AC to warm the room and it worked wonders. The balcony was great, it gets sun for most of the morning and day and the sunrises were lovely. There was a kitchen in the room with a well stocked and fairly cheap minibar as well as a sofa and table to work from the laptop. The breakfast was great, constantly topping up items before they ran out - option to have it serviced in bed but it's nice to go down and look over the sea or you can take it to your room and sit on the balcony - good options for breakfast. The receptionists and all staff across the hotel were very welcoming, helpful and great to chat to to find out any information! They also saved me a few trips to the supermarket as they had the items available at the front desk! Great location and great service, I booked an extra night!! Everywhere was clean!

First day, lady at the reception printed out an itinerary for the festival and brought it to our room, which we even have asked for! Once I mentioned that it was my boyfriends birthday week, reception and cleaning personal prepared the best surprise. On the last day, we needed a taxi at 5am and asked for reception to help us arrange it: then when they realized we are leaving really early they tried to arrange a breakfast for us. Once my boyfriend said its not needed, gentleman at the reception asked if he should arrange a lunch box. These people love their job and make sure that guests have a great experience, I really hope hotel management values them and treats them as they deserve because they are the 5th star to this hotel 🥰

I had dietary requirements that I informed the hotel before arriving and much to my surprise my request was met. Staff serving at Breakfast one, young lady of the name Mafalda made us feel very welcome and chatted about our plans for the day, a sweet character named Mafalda. The view from the room was well worth the little extra money, we enjoyed the hot tub of an evening and Sauna, the room was kept really clean every day and all the staff at the dest extremely helpful.
