Atlantida Mar Hotel

The staff was over the top. They were, professional, kind, efficient and always smiling. Tasha was a joy to see first thing in the morning and they even decorated my bed with hearts and swan towels for our anniversary

Def highlight was the staff: one of the best! From the reception to cleaning personal, they all made sure that we have a great experience. First day, lady at the reception printed out an itinerary for the festival and brought it to our room, which we even have asked for! Once I mentioned that it was my boyfriends birthday week, reception and cleaning personal prepared the best surprise. On the last day, we needed a taxi at 5am and asked for reception to help us arrange it: then when they realized we are leaving really early they tried to arrange a breakfast for us. Once my boyfriend said its not needed, gentleman at the reception asked if he should arrange a lunch box. These people love their job and make sure that guests have a great experience, I really hope hotel management values them and treats them as they deserve because they are the 5th star to this hotel 🥰

The hotel was fantastic, very modern and our room was upgraded to a suite in two floors. Of course we couldn't use so much space but it was nice anyway. Bedroom very comfortable. The swimming pool was good and the hot tub very appreciated. The views to the bay are also nice (although half of the view is towards the commercial harbour). It's not far from Praia da Vitória (walkable). Staff at the reception desk and at breakfast was very kind, enthusiastic and available. Breakfast was very good. We would definitely come back again to this hotel.

Sea view rooms . Clean swimming pool. Spacious room with good facility . Round the clock 24 hours reception. Good breakfast . All staff are putting all their efforts to make your holiday wonderful. On the back from swimming pool good walking track along the beach . Mountain View as well as sea view . Near to super market continent. On request arranged best tours. In all respect very good service and taking care of guest at every level . Never say no to any thing we ask . Neat and clean room. Junior suits are very lovely as I stay at junior suit. Friendly nature of all staff and most can speak good English . Fully satisfied . Cost too little higher side but when we happy means we got value in one way .

The staff were exceptional, couldn't fault the receptionists, the cleaning and room service staff and the kitchen staff and waitresses! The room was bigger than I had expected, bed was huge and super comfortable! I used the AC to warm the room and it worked wonders. The balcony was great, it gets sun for most of the morning and day and the sunrises were lovely. There was a kitchen in the room with a well stocked and fairly cheap minibar as well as a sofa and table to work from the laptop. The breakfast was great, constantly topping up items before they ran out - option to have it serviced in bed but it's nice to go down and look over the sea or you can take it to your room and sit on the balcony - good options for breakfast. The receptionists and all staff across the hotel were very welcoming, helpful and great to chat to to find out any information! They also saved me a few trips to the supermarket as they had the items available at the front desk! Great location and great service, I booked an extra night!! Everywhere was clean!
